PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit: When booking, 50% of the total amount (rent) to pay. Final payment only in cash upon Arrivée in euros.
Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted only in written form, the date of receipt apllies for the cancellation!

First 56-29 days before arrival - loss of 50% of reservation payment
Second 28-01 days before arrival - loss of 100% of reservation payment!
Arrival / departure: Arrivals only after 4 p.m. on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated till 10 a.m.
If you arrive between 9.00 - 12.00 p.m. we demand a surcharge of EUR 20, -. The arrival between 0.00 - 7.00 a.m. is unfortunately not possible.
Different moving in and out times can be kindly arranged by prior consultation!
